Debra A. Malis is the President and Treasurer of Grandview Construction Inc., a general construction company located in Tonawanda, New York. Debra oversees all functions of the business combining managerial skills with financial experience – an ideal background for her position. She prepares quarterly and annual financial data, secures bank lines of credit and sources for bonding. As President, her commitment to quality and service in project management, business acumen and leadership sets the tone for our continued success.

Gene M. (Skip) Holler is the Vice President of Grandview Construction Inc. Skip brings years of construction industry experience to our team as a project manager and field operations manager. His expertise includes estimating, bid presentation, expediting, purchasing and project management. He utilizes a personal approach with responsiveness and thoroughness in his work that provides a quality product for our growing customer base.

Denise M. Richardson is the Vice President of Grandview Construction Inc. Denise brings a wealth of administrative, financial and computer experience to our construction team. Her expertise includes bid preparation, equipment expediting, marketing, safety and human resource management.
